Comprehensive Plan Committee

The Galway Town Board at their November 9, 2022 Town Board Meeting established the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. to be the regular meeting date for the Comprehensive Plan Committee.  The purpose of this committee is to work on the updating of the Town of Galway Comprehensive Plan which was last updated and adopted in August of 2002.  The Comprehensive Plan Committee will meet on November 15, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Galway Town Hall and each month thereafter until the Comprehensive Plan is updated and approved by the Galway Town Board.  As this will begin as workshops, they will request comments be held until the end of each meeting.  There will be several public forum meetings as update process progresses.  The Town Board anticipates that this update process will take up to a year to complete.
